Packages

The package you decide on for your party or event, will depend on a few pieces that we will discuss during our consultation.

Packages:

1. Flat Project Fee Package

This package will include the costs of all services (booking venues, entertainment, catering, etc.; purchasing decorations, food, etc. for the event or party; plus a flat rate for my time of the services mentioned above). This package will work best for clients who have a set and established budget and know a lot of the event or party details at the beginning of the planning period.

2. Percentage of Expenses Package

This package will include a 20% charge of all expenses included in your event or party. This will include costs of all services (books venues, entertainment, catering, etc.; purchasing decorations, food, etc. for the event or party; plus a 20% charge of these expenses). For some budgets, this option is more appealing than an hourly rate, and it works better for clients that need more support in the planning aspect of their event or party.

3. Hourly Rate Package

This package will include an hourly rate of $50 for the time spent on your event or party. This will include costs of all services (books venues, entertainment, catering, etc.; purchasing decorations, food, etc. for the event or party; plus $50 an hour for any of the following services:

• Planning

• Research

• Booking

• Set-up

• Party Experience

• Tear down) For some budgets, this option is more appealing than a percentage of expenses, and it works better for clients that need more support in the planning aspect of their event or party.

4. Percentage of Expenses & Hourly Rate Package

This package will include a 20% charge of all expenses included in your event or party. This will include costs of all services (books venues, entertainment, catering, etc.; purchasing decorations, food, etc. for the event or party; plus a 20% charge of these expenses). It will also include a flat fee of the number of hours put into:

• Planning

• Research

• Booking

• Set-up

• Party Experience

• Tear down

For some budgets, this option works best, and it works better for clients that need more support in the planning aspect of their event or party.
