Orders and Payments

All orders can be paid for using the Revolut system. If it is not possible to use this payment method, please contact one of our team so that we can reach an alternative arrangement. To complete your order, please fill out the form available here.

Delivery

All Woodland Wall Hangings deliveries should arrive within 5-10 working days of purchase. If you have not received your product following this period, please contact one of our team. We would be happy to help with any queries you may have.

Returns and Refunds

We take every care to ensure our product reaches you in perfect condition. If it does not, we want to know. If you have experienced an issue with one of our products, please contact our team to relay the issue.

Customers that have purchased items online only are entitled to 14 days grace period during which they may return the product for a full refund. Please note that this is not the case for any items purchased at promotion value.

Product Information

All of the wood used in our products is sourced locally, from the forests surrounding the Naas area. We collect branches that have already fallen to the ground, ensuring that our items are entirely sustainable and unique. There are a range of methods to affix your Woodland Wall Hanging at home, including string or wall stickers. String is available in various colours, such as red, white, gold and blue. On each of our items, there are six hooks, which can be used to organise your personal possessions. Please note, these are unable to support large weights.

There are also a number of customisable options available to customers. These come in the form of wooden strips, suspended by string (sold in colours listed above) or wall stickers. Painted in white, these Woodland Wall Hangings can be inscribed with words of your choice.
