About Us

Located in Portsmouth, NH,  The Woodlands is a lifestyle neighborhood that includes about 120 Single Family homes. Outstanding community features include Recreation Center, a heated swimming pool plus smaller pool for tots, 2 lighted tennis courts (including 1 tennis court that also incorporates pickleball lines), a basketball court, picnic areas, playground, fire pit to gather around, and hostess to an array of events for everyone in the neighborhood to enjoy. Social events occur throughout the year including pool parties, summer kickoff parties, etc. 

The WHOA is a voluntary group of residents who are striving to improve the community.  To help continue the spirit of community, we've developed this site to help our members by giving them access to pertinent documents, such as the ECF form, meeting minutes etc. We welcome your feedback !
