Board of Managers – Call for Volunteers

Dear Woodlands Homeowners,

The Woodlands Board of Managers is seeking homeowners who are willing to volunteer their time and experience to serve on the Board of Managers.

In order to properly operate and effectively manage our development, we need homeowners to step forward and fill available Board seats. Serving on the Board is an important opportunity to have a voice in the decisions that affect our community, help shape its future, and protect the value of your investment.

As homeowners, we all have a vested interest in maintaining a safe, well-managed, and financially responsible community. Your involvement can make a meaningful difference in ensuring that the Woodlands continues to be a place we are proud to call home.

Letters of interest must be received no later than October 15, 2026, in order to be considered for the November elections.

We strongly encourage all homeowners who are interested in becoming more involved in our community to consider running for a Board position. Whether you have prior Board experience or are simply willing to contribute your time, ideas, and perspective, your participation is valuable.
