Hello! My name is lindsay Hoffman and I am Vice President of drama club. I have been in theatre all three years of middle school, and it is something that I am completely passionate about. Theatre has been with me through thick and thin, and that’s what I love about it. It helped me to open up to other people and become a better person. I started doing shows in 7th grade, and it helped me find my love for acting. As somebody who was incredibly shy, theatre let me get out of my comfort zone as well as discover new things, and I hope that others would take a shot at theatre as well. :)

I am in 8 th grade and I enjoy theater because it has an inclusive atmosphere, and you can be yourself and not be ashamed of it. In 6 th grade I actually was in only one show and I was in tech. Until Ms.Frederickson came to the school I didn't really think theater was for me. Then she announced auditions for the fall show and I thought that I would go for it. When I found that I got a part I was thrilled. I texted my parents right away and told them the news. Before I knew it I was the secretary of drama club for the second year in a row and being a major influence in theater. I love doing theater and taking walks with my best friend Katherine. I hope you all end up loving theater as much as I do!

Im current a 7th grader that's socially awkward, likes to draw, and theater is part of my favorite things. Theater helps me speak more loudly and be more social with others, it's helped with my most of shyness that I had during my 6th grade year. My absolute favorite part of theater (besides musicals) are the people you get to meet, you meet others who understand your likes and dislikes. I enjoy listening to music, having small adventures with my friends, and likes to tuck in their shirt. Fun facts about me: my favorite decade is the 80's, I love horror movies and books, and I watch cartoons and anime if you'd ever like to talk about them.

My name is Jessica Suciu and I am an 8th grader and throughout all 3 of my years of middle school my time in theater was my favorite. Once 7th grade came, I went to my first drama club meeting! When I got there I noticed many of my closest friends were there. I came to every drama club meeting after that day. I got information for the spring show and I auditioned for crew hair and makeup. Sadly I did not make it, but it was my first time auditioning and it was okay because not everyone makes every show. In the beginning of 8th grade I had built such a home for myself in the theater community here at Woodcreek. I am in the advanced theater class, I was in the fall show as a hair and makeup artist and in the UIL show on crew. I'm so lucky to be surrounded by all of my best friends in class and at any theater event. I am even more lucky to have such an amazing teacher that always welcomes everyone no matter their experience or age!

I am Liyah Babineaux (Lee-ah Bab-in-o), the 8th grade representative for the Drama Club Board. I love Steven Universe, Webtoons, art, musicals, and theater.

I joined theater because my brother had been part of it for a long time and I loved all his shows. I thought it would be cool to join theater myself, and I ended up loving it! It taught me to put myself out there and try new things.

Hi I'm Jaden!! I play soccer, basketball, and volleyball. I've always been an athlete first and a theater geek second until my first play at WMS. I tried out for The Audition, a play at WMS, and fell in love with theater! I met so many new people and had so much fun! People always say that acting is something out of their comfort zone, but at Woodcreek acting became my comfort zone. Rehearsal was a place you could be yourself. I now love all things theater and am so glad I got this experience!!
