Profile
Growing up in Saskatoon I got my interest in woodworking helping my Dad in his cabinet shop. I received my first injury at seven years old from a handsaw when I was cutting a board for a birdhouse I was trying to build.
My working years were mostly in the housing industry encompassing a variety of positions including drafting, framing, warranty service, construction supervision, and millwork manufacturing. What I enjoyed the most was working with wood and creating specialty stairs and cabinets for homes here in Saskatoon and also around the world.
Now that I am retired I enjoy working in my shop and using the lathe and other tools inherited from my Dad along with my own collection of tools to create useful products for everyday use.
