Congratulations to Eleanor, George, Poppy, Emily & Jess for completing the Honours Challenge Award at Woodcote Swimming Club during the Summer Term 2025.

This award is the hardest award in the ASA scheme.

The most difficult part of the award is a 40 length swim in twenty minutes using various strokes. Whilst swimming these lengths they also perform 4 surface dives, during each one, swimming underwater through 2 hoops set at a distance of 4 metres apart.
