Free users can perform a limited number of identifications. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited wood identifications and access to all premium features.
Your previous scans are automatically saved and can be accessed from the History section within the app.
Wood ID AI can identify many common wood species including oak, maple, walnut, pine, cedar, cherry, mahogany, birch, ash, hickory, teak, and many more.
Open Settings β Upgrade to Pro and follow the in-app instructions. Your subscription is securely managed through your Apple ID.

Some wood species can appear very similar. The app may provide alternative matches when multiple species share similar grain patterns, colors, or textures.
