Yogesh is impatient, but Devu keeps the bride a secret. When she enters, Yogesh cannot tell who she is. When the ceremony ends, Devu welcomes the father of the bride: Sanjana's father. Yogesh is stunned when his grandfather brings the money to pay Jitu's debts. He asks Devu how he arranged the marriage; Devu explains that when Sanjana followed him and showed him a picture of her boyfriend, he remembered seeing the boyfriend kissing another woman in Khandala. He brought Sanjana to a hotel in Khandala to confront her boyfriend. Sanjana told him she would marry Yogesh, having realised that she loves him. The film ends with the marriage attendants asking Sanjana's astrological sign. Sanjana asks Yogesh what her raashee is, to which he says he does not know, and smiles.
I'm sure so many of us saw this movie and other Bollywood love stories and thought that it'd be so easy to fall in love and get married, and what a rude awakening you have waiting for you when you're in the middle of your eighth situationship.

5. But most importantly, if your brother (or any other relative) gets themselves into deep soup, without any display of true remorse, kick them in the shin multiple times before you blindly agree to do what you have to in order to save their ass. OR JUST TALK TO NANAJI FIRST.
What's her raashee? Aries. A small-town girl, Anjali is nothing like the famously fiery and capricious Arians you've heard of. She's diffident and tacky but good-naturedly so. She laughs with a snort, speaks with an accent (Mun-dates, Toos-dates) aims to please and tries a tad too hard.
What's her raashee? Gemini. She's all about chewing gum and playing romance-romance. She's still in college. Ah!
What's my verdict? Surely there's more to Kajal than a piece of gum. Unfortunately, you never find out.
What's her raashee? Libra. Forget all that talk about the legendary Libran charm, this one, here, borderlines on a hard-nosed vamp. And it's not just because she demands a prenuptial agreement. Right, Thakkar?
What's my verdict? Post-interval, What's Your Raashee? has begun trying your patience. And that this section begins with a dance number, however intricate, does not help. Plus, Mallika's meeting with Yogesh ends rather abruptly. Did she really have to get this worked up? There's no time to muse, another raashee awaits.
What's her raashee? Virgo. Easygoing and warm, Pooja is a doctor wanting to make a difference to the underprivileged lot.
What's my verdict? Mini Swades, anyone? There's an endearing air about Pooja and Yogesh's chemistry and you can't help but root for her.
The movie could have been more intriguing. But sadly though, it fails to strike the chord at the right moments. The biggest flaw of the movie, I would say, is in its editing. Most of the time it feels like we are watching different movie clips, one at a time. Besides not all raashees have been given equal and proper weightage. I guess Ashutosh has some favourites and some not so favourites. So ones that he likes are shown very nicely. The Capricorn female, for example, is not given any footage at all. Libra woman are methodical and practical. But they are charming too, and they smile a lot! The Sagittarius female did not come up well at all. And the Piscean was shown to be too stupid. Having said that, some of the depiction are near perfect. A Gemini is as bubbly as Kajal Thakkar, a Virgo is as caring, simple and stubborn as Pooja Goradia, A cancer is as emotional as the Hansa Parekh and a Scorpio is as exciting, sexy and passionate as Nandini. Ashutosh has also made an attempt to address some issues such as dowry, child marriage, the hate for NRIs. They gel well with the movie.
Many times it happens such that when you go for a movie, right from the beginning you get the idea that the movie really sucks and it would be much better to leave the seat and have a pleasant sleep for 3 hours rather than wasting the same amount of time, more energy and much more amount of precious intelligence on useless movie. But very rarely it happens such that you feel the same for a movie in the start but you still decide to go through it just to check the limits of your tolerances and of course to accept the good things in the movie; and as the movie rolls forward you start getting interested in the events, in the character, you start finding yourself somewhere fitting in the plot, you see something familiar happened to yourself, you laugh, cry, get excited with the characters and when the movie has ended, you leave your seat with nothing but a responsibility to give an applause to the creators for the wonderful experience. When I watched Whats Your Rashee?, I underwent the same kind of roller-coaster ride!!
woow.. such a long comment.. glad to know that you also liked the movie.. obviously when there is a comparison there has to be people on both sides and nice to see you backing Madhuri ? .. respect your views.. and about choreography.. you can judge better because you are a dancer and have really good knowledge about it.. I hope others also enjoyed the movie!!
secondly.. you can never compare one movie with another except the another is a remake of the first one.. if I ask you to compare the movies of your selection with each other and tell me which is the best and which is the worst among them, will you be able to give a sure-shot answer?? I dont think so. ?
respect your views buddy.. I think we would have got a better response from you if you had seen it in a happier mood ? :D.. just kidding.. but liked that you expressed yourself without any hesitation!!

Till suddenly he is told that he must find his dream girl within ten days to save his family from utter ruin. Finding the dream girl is tough enough. Finding her in a hurry is even tougher. His solution is simple; he will meet one girl from each raashee - sun sign, as he feels that is the best way to make sure he finds a suitable wife, while also giving himself twelve chances to fall in love. Two meetings per day gives him six days to meet them, three days to make a final decision and he can get married on the tenth day, or so he thinks. Based on the Gujarati novel Kimball Ravenswood by Madhu Rye, What's Your Raashee is Ashutosh Gowariker's first romantic comedy, starring Harman Baweja and Priyanka Chopra, and is produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Sunita A.
