After some tasty snacks, we'll settle in around a roaring bonfire.

We finish off the weekend with our Mindfulness and Meditation Class and then it's time to pack up and head back to reality feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and excited!.

HI! We're Andrea and Andrea

We have a passion for teaching women how to use wellness tools like yoga, mindfulness, mediation and cannabis to help them live better lives. We planned this retreat with the hopes of providing a small group of women a truly relaxing, educational and magical weekend. We hope you'll join us.

This picture of us is when we visited (and fell in LOVE with) Kintail.

Excellent food is a priority for us. You'll be served delicious, healthy meals that you don't have to cook (or clean up after!!). If you're staying for the weekend, you'll have dinner on Friday. breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and then breakfast again on Sunday, plus snacks and drinks. Meals are served family style to the table or by buffet. There is always lots for seconds. There is a vegetarian option prepared at every meal and fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juice are available on the kitchen counter at all times.

We've booked the Nest at Camp Kintail which is the newest building on the site. You'll be staying in a dorm-style room with up to 5 other ladies on comfy bunk beds (bottom bunks only) just like summer camp. All accommodations have individual climate control systems for heating and cooling. All you need to bring is a sheet, your comforter and a pillow.

meditation and mantra

Offered around the bonfire, this class is a combination of quiet and active meditation using mantras. You are invited to join in the mantras, or sit quietly and just enjoy the beautiful sounds to help clear the mind and soothe the soul.

Friday evening

In this class, we will work to connect our mind and our body. Turning our focus inwards, connecting to our senses, allowing our body and mind to fully relax.

Sunday Morning

All the cannabis workshops are presented by Andrea Meharg of She's been teaching for 14 years and is excited to share her passion for using cannabis as a health and wellness tool.

grow your own cannabis

From seed to harvest, this workshop will teach you all you need to know to get growing outdoors this year. You'll learn how to propagate seeds, when and how to fertilize, how to clone, and when and how to harvest. Make 2020 the year you grow your own medicine. It saves you so much money and is incredibly satisfying. All workshop participants will plant a cannabis seed. This class is taught with The Canna Grower, Rebecca!

Sunday morning

DIY cannabis infusions and edibles

After you learn to grow your own cannabis, the real fun begins. Now you can turn that plant into cannabis infused oils, butter, tinctures, drinks, salves edibles and more. You'll learn all the tricks of the trade so that you can start making your own canna-creations after the workshop. All participants leave with a recipe book chock-full of cannabis goodness.

Saturday afternoon

how to choose the right cannabis for you

Some cannabis makes you sleepy, others makes you paranoid and yet others still leave you foggy. What's up? In this workshop, you'll learn why different types of cannabis affect you differently and how to figure it all out. Participants will have a full understanding of what to look for when buying cannabis so they get the experience they want.

Saturday morning

the Nug Swap

This is a great way to get your weekend started. Bring your own dried cannabis to the Nug Swap and leave with some different strains to try. Here's how it works:

  • You can bring up to 30 grams of dried cannabis to swap. It's great if you know what strain(s) you have, but if you don't, no worries.
  • We will provide scales, baggies and sharpies.
  • At the beginning, people go around in a circle and describe their cannabis. Then decide how much you want to trade and start swapping!
  • Friday after dinner

Bonus workshop: Vaginal steaming

Presented by Shannon and Terri of The Nourished Woman, the vaginal steaming workshop will open your eyes to an ancient (and current) practice. Steaming has proven to be of incredible benefit for the many common complaints of women; cramps, bladder leakage, constipation, chronic infection, regulating hormones and moods, as well as libido and lubrication, the list goes on! When women have accurate knowledge and information, that quickly becomes power, and new choices in personal health care become available.

Saturday afternoon

Bonus workshop: Woman's soul journey

Mary Foran, from Dreams the Edge will guide you in a “Woman’s Soul Journey” - a sacred cannabis-assisted yoga practice to let go of deeply held tension and reconnect with your body and soul. This 90 minute practice will nourish your entire being through a cannabis ceremony, restorative stretches, energizing breath work and guided soul journey

Saturday evening.
