We have an awesome program of activities planned of which you can do as much or as little as you like- perhaps you prefer to simply relax and enjoy the beautiful space- whatever is best for you and is what your body, mind, and soul are calling for.
Friday is all about RELAXING and freeing your mind of the hustle and bustle of everyday life!! grow your own cannabis
From seed to harvest, this workshop will teach you all you need to know to get growing outdoors this year. You'll learn how to propagate seeds, when and how to fertilize, how to clone, and when and how to harvest. Make 2020 the year you grow your own medicine. It saves you so much money and is incredibly satisfying. All workshop participants will plant a cannabis seed. This class is taught with The Canna Grower, Rebecca!
Sunday morning
DIY cannabis infusions and edibles
After you learn to grow your own cannabis, the real fun begins. Now you can turn that plant into cannabis infused oils, butter, tinctures, drinks, salves edibles and more. You'll learn all the tricks of the trade so that you can start making your own canna-creations after the workshop. All participants leave with a recipe book chock-full of cannabis goodness.
Saturday afternoon
how to choose the right cannabis for you
Some cannabis makes you sleepy, others makes you paranoid and yet others still leave you foggy. What's up? In this workshop, you'll learn why different types of cannabis affect you differently and how to figure it all out. Participants will have a full understanding of what to look for when buying cannabis so they get the experience they want.
Saturday morning
the Nug Swap
This is a great way to get your weekend started. Bring your own dried cannabis to the Nug Swap and leave with some different strains to try. Here's how it works:
- You can bring up to 30 grams of dried cannabis to swap. It's great if you know what strain(s) you have, but if you don't, no worries.
- We will provide scales, baggies and sharpies.
- At the beginning, people go around in a circle and describe their cannabis. Then decide how much you want to trade and start swapping!
- Friday after dinner
Bonus workshop: Vaginal steaming
Presented by Shannon and Terri of The Nourished Woman, the vaginal steaming workshop will open your eyes to an ancient (and current) practice. Steaming has proven to be of incredible benefit for the many common complaints of women; cramps, bladder leakage, constipation, chronic infection, regulating hormones and moods, as well as libido and lubrication, the list goes on! When women have accurate knowledge and information, that quickly becomes power, and new choices in personal health care become available.
Saturday afternoon
Bonus workshop: Woman's soul journey
Mary Foran, from Dreams the Edge will guide you in a “Woman’s Soul Journey” - a sacred cannabis-assisted yoga practice to let go of deeply held tension and reconnect with your body and soul. This 90 minute practice will nourish your entire being through a cannabis ceremony, restorative stretches, energizing breath work and guided soul journey
