Every year Women's Strike Fest NYC brings together visual artists and performers for participatory and musical performances. Past performers include:  Mariachi Femenil Nuevo Amanecer, Fogo Azul, Al Límite, La China Sonidera, Wawakuna, Tamborellas,  Rev Billy & the Stop Shopping Choir, Sing in Solidarity, Renee Goust, Audry Funk,  and Las Jaraneras. Stay tuned to hear what performances will be at this year's 8M!

This year's art build will take place on February 28th, from 12:30pm-4:30pm at Judson Memorial Church (55 Washington Square S, New York). We encourage you to attend! Past activities include banner making, sign making, paper-making and dyeing from recycled paper, and the creation of the giant octopus puppet. Art collectives involved in the past include: Interference Archive, Chto Delat, Artists for Mutual Aid, NYC Light Brigade.

Coalition members from a broad swathe of organizations will be participating and speaking on this year's theme: Care beats hate, our love melts ICE. Past coalition members include The People's Plan, Laundry Workers Center, Ain't I a Woman Campaign, DSA, Domestic Workers United, NYSNA, Transgrediendo, NY Gender Diversity Coalition, NYTAG, GLITS, MET Council on Housing, Desis Rising up and Moving (DRUM), Freedom to Thrive, and Street Vendors Project
