We are a non profit organization dedicated to helping all women reach their full potential.
In 2021 It was found that women make up more than half of the workforce in the United States. However as of 2022 only 8.8% of women hold leadership positions in companies from Forbes 500 list.
According to Forbes "Women of color are among the lowest-paid workers in rural areas, with rural Black and Hispanic women making just 56 cents for every dollar that rural white, non-Hispanic men make."
Accoridng to Short Lister "Only 32.2% of women were employed in the top 10 occupations."
Despite 66.4 percent of all women earning a degree within six years compared to 60.4 percent of men.
