Nicola Maxwell-Johnson is a passionate servant of God, ordained pastor, and dynamic speaker committed to empowering lives through the Word of God. As the founder of Women of Power Improving Nicely (W.I.N.), she leads a growing movement dedicated to the spiritual, emotional, and personal development of women. With over two decades of experience as an educator and mentor, she carries a unique grace to teach, inspire, and transform lives. She is also author of the book Vials of Wisdom for the Winning Woman – a book that is dedicated to giving readers biblical wisdom concerning everyday topics. Nicola ministers alongside her husband, Bishop Michael Johnson, and has participated in missionary work across several nations. Her heart’s mission is to see people healed, restored, and walking boldly in their God-given purpose.
