Welcome to... "Her"story

The camera pans a studio full of people and a woman sits center stage. The lights start to brighten, music plays and you hear the producer yell, "5...4...," then going silent holds up a three, two one and points to the host while an intern holds up a sign saying applause to guide the audience.

The audience then erupts as the camera now zooms onto the host. Once the crowd settles down she addresses the camera.

ALETHEIA: Hello and welcome back to "Her"story, the show that invites women from all ages to tell their side of the story. I'm your hostest with the mostest Aletheia, better known as the goddess of truth or goddess of tea if you know what I mean and today we are putting the "her" in Hercules.

That's right, ladies and gents, the man, the myth, the legend, Hercules! But as you all know with the way this show works Hercules will not be in attendance today, but you all know who will be... the LADIES!

The crowd cheers and music plays as three women enter. The file in a procession as they are wearing beautiful dresses and make eyes with some audience members. As they approach center stage they take a seat in the chairs next to Aletheia.

ALETHEIA: Please welcome Alcmene, Hippolyta and Deianira! These ladies are our inside scoop on the man we think we know. From cradle, to battle, to home, these women will share their stories and encounters with the man we think we know. Ladies, I think I am just in saying that you never get enough attention

The women shake their heads in approval as audience members make disapproving noises and few utterances of "dang right" and "preach" come out.

ALETHEIA: Now, here at "Her"story we believe that history isn't complete without the voices of all. So, if everyone is ready let's go ahead to dive into the world of Hercules and I think it's only right that we start with the woman who brought him into this world, Alcmene. So first...
