Norma is a health economist and overall data nerd. She has a background in economics (Bachelor's and Master's level) and in public health policy (Masters in public health and PhD in health policy and management).
Some of her volunteer work includes being a mentor at NYCs Big Apps competition (larges civic tech competition of its kind) to a group of young women from the YWCA-NYC, and she is currently the chair of the data strategy committee at the Yale Alumni Nonprofit Alliance in New York.

Jiaqi is a Data Scientist at Capital One Labs. She has a degree in computer science from Columbia University and she's passionate about mentoring youth and women having volunteered at the Google Summer of Code and Django Girls as well as a teaching assistant at the Coalition for Queens.
Heather is the editor-in-chief of Women in Data's newsletter. She's currently studying at Columbia University and is an active mentor and member of several organizations aiming to improve the working environment and training of women in data-driven careers.
