Our mission is to bring women together to be mentors and sponsors to each other's careers in data-driven fields.
We host workshops, seminars and networking events featuring a wide range of women (and sometimes men!) with the goal of creating a dynamic and diverse community of students, data scientists, marketing, statisticians and a wide range of professionals.
We believe that the value of data can only be realized through the inclusive participation of women and men across all professional levels and we work towards providing the network, resources and support to make sure that diversity and inclusion in data-driven careers is the rule not the exception.
