Women in CSR
Our mission is to create a supportive space for professional women and gender expansive people in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability to exchange ideas, create community, and share passions.
We meet for monthly happy hours (virtual and in-person) and professional workshops, and keep communication, resource sharing, and job posting ongoing via various social channels. While we originated and focus on events in the SF Bay Area, we currently host events and resources that serve members nation-wide.
What we are:
For professional women working in social and environmental impact
For going beyond networking to mentorship, empowerment, and leveraging the community to deepen your knowledge of the space
What we are not:
Transactional, or only a way to exchange resumes and receive jobs

Use this space to connect with Women in CSR you've met at our local events and / or those from our group beyond the Bay Area, and share resources, events, and job postings.
The womenincsr.slack.com channel is where the group has frequent conversations regarding job postings, event updates, and general CSR inquiries. Connect with one of the organizers to be added to the group. Don't forget to post in the #introductions channel when you first join - we'd love to hear about you and your story!
The Women in CSR Google Group is our more formalized mailing list for our monthly newsletters. You can also post to the group to send a question, job post or share resources. To be added, sign up for the mailing list below.
Volunteer Organized
Our events and newsletters are all volunteer-organized, by the community or by our small leadership group. We have no paid staff. The current leadership group is comprised of: Rose Hartley, Nuray Ozbay, Dana Wilke, Sonya Hetrick, Hannah Wells, Amanda von Almen, Lacey Gaitan, Silvia Del Castillo, Bridget Cheng, Victoria Reyes, Hallie Young, Maile Hartsook, Selina Botescu, Meredith Brown, and Beth Bodner.
