Motivation
The Women@Mila collective was launched because we felt a need for a community by and for women. Women are underrepresented in STEM, so we work to empower them professionally and personally. Our events create a safe space to discuss and raise awareness of systemic injustices and overcome challenges faced by women. It is together that we can make things happen!
