To see a lasting transformation in the tearing down of those ironclad strongholds and soul wounds, we get to use the most powerful weapon ever to EXIST in all creation – Prayer! And not just any kind of prayer, but an inner healing prayer that laser-focused on our specific strongholds and soul wounds.
Only Jesus can permanently take away the negative emotions and heal our deepest wounds so that we can experience FREEDOM to tear down strongholds and fully step into our identity and birthright to receive and give abundance during our life’s time here on earth.
Recommendations:
Set a private appointment with yourself and God so that you can complete BOTH PARTS of the activation in one setting. Change into some comfy clothes/sock/shoes, turn off the T.V. & mute your phone. Use a journal or a notepad to keep your revelations. Eliminate as many distractions as you can. This is a moment for YOU to dig deep, pray and hear from God. This is YOUR time!
Here's a sample prayer - Modify it as you are led of the Holy Spirit.
Dear Heavenly Father,
I honor Your Presence and bow humbly before Your Throne. Jesus, I welcome you here and ask that the Holy Spirit sanctify this sacred moment of healing and restoration
Jesus, I thank You that, Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, “that you are close to the brokenhearted, and that you save those who have a contrite spirit.” So I ask that you draw near to me today and heal me of any disorders, dis-ease, and misalignment with your most Holy and Perfect Will. You are the Great Physician.
Lord, send the Holy Spirit now, please. Stir up my gifts, Holy Spirit. Guide my prayers here so all I do glorifies Jesus.
Lord, I worship You! I praise You, Jesus.
Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lamb of God who was slain before the foundation of the world. You are the King of Majesty, the Prince of Peace, Wonderful, and Counselor.
Lord, fill my environment with Your glory and majesty so satan can’t even stand it. I ask that You cover the walls, floor, and ceiling with Your Blood. I ask for You to dispatch Your angels to come and encamp about me right now. I ask for an angel of Truth to be there if satan should lie or try to hurt me or someone else near me, that he’d be smitten.
I ask Lord that every knee shall bow for you this day, to the Glory of the Father. And Lord before I begin that You would send those angels ahead of me. Send the Holy Spirit ahead of me so the victory is won even before I get there.
Jesus, I give to You all the blessing, glory, honor, and praise.

Dear Lord,
Through ignorance or willful sin, I may have sought supernatural knowledge apart from Your Word, and I ask You to forgive me. I renounce all occultic activities. I also renounce the sins of any ancestors, that were involved with the occult. I ask you to release me from all curses, from my mother’s or father’s side, all the way back to Adam and Eve.
I renounce all ceremonies, oaths, dedications and blood covenants, of any ancestor, that performed animal or human sacrifices and drank animal or human blood. I believe that You, Jesus, are the only sacrifice necessary… In Jesus Name.
FORGIVENESS OF OTHERS PRAYER
Mighty Judge, I ask you to help me to forgive, to the best of my ability, all the people that have hurt me, such as _________. I also forgive myself, for anything that may have happened. I don’t want to carry that unforgiveness. So I release it now, In Jesus Name
FORGIVENESS OF MY SEXUAL SINS
Mighty Judge, I ask for forgiveness of all the sexual sins I have committed, and I ask You to release me from any curse it has brought in to my life. I now keep all these doors closed, in Jesus Name.
I break all soul ties with all past lovers. I take back anything they took from me. And I give back to them anything they gave me that was not of God. And I cut off the flesh relationship.
Go back to that time and place when the incident happened. Allow any feelings to come up as they arise (Anger, shame, guilt, hurt, frustration, confusion, etc.) See it all as if you are right there.

I break the curse and power of of seeking approval from anyone other than Jesus in my life.
I break the curse and power of rejection, abandonment, worthlessness, criticism, humiliation, scarcity, resentment, jealousy, bitterness, and anger caused by ___________ in my life.
I break the curse and power of pride, performance anxiety, imposter syndrome, failure, guilt, shame, lack, poverty, and pessimism in my life.
I break the curse and power of negative mental chatter, low self-worth, low self-esteem, offense, procrastination, indecision, and mental cloudiness in my life.
I break the curse and power of disorganization, clutter, feeling victimized, perfectionism, and un-thankfulness in my life.
And I give it all to You Jesus and I ask that you would increase my faith and help my unbelief so that I can see the physical manifestations of your work within me.
Take a few deep breaths... breathing through your nose and out of your mouth.
Ask the Lord Jesus to speak a healing word to you in that still small voice.
Write down what Jesus says.
Afterwards, thank Jesus for His healing power and bask in this moment with Your Beautiful and Loving Savior.
