DEED RESTRICTIONS

These are deed restrictions that govern what you are not allowed to do with your property.  There are slight differences between White Oak Landing and the Park at White Oak.  If you have questions as to which group you fall into, please find your property in the PLATS listed below.

ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES AND IMPROVEMENT APPLICATION

If you plan to make changes to your home, please review the Architectural Control Guidelines and Regulations and ensure you are meeting their requirements.  When you are ready, please fill out the Architectural Improvement Application and submit to the management company who will contact the architectural committed and/or board for approval.
