Wolfe's Youth Employability Solutions 

This past summer we again had multiple summer programs serving students in Clarion, Venango and Forest counties.  These programs were sponsored by  The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. (OVR). 

One program is a partnership between The CVS Health Workforce Initiative and OVR.  This program allows students to learn about the employment opportunities available at CVS and to work within two of their locations (Titusville, Oil City and Clarion) to gain experience and to develop workplace readiness skills.  These are paid positions that are  supported by job coaches that include  transportation.

The second program is the MY Work Program .  The MY Work Initiative is a summer employment program created by the PA Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) with the goal of providing high school students with disabilities the opportunity to work for their local municipality. For this year's summer programming we have placed students at the borough in Rimersburg Pennsylvania for the third consecutive year and have students at the Union COG Pool Park located in Sligo PA for the second consecutive year.  Our first year programs included: Knox Borough, Clarion Free Library,  Jenks Township.  and VAHRA
