*The Wolf Creek Cemetery retains the ownership of all land associated with the Wolf Cemetery when any and all Plot Rights are purchased.
*All those who purchase Plot Rights are subject to follow the Wolf Creek Cemetery Rules and Regulations set by the committee charter of the Wolf Creek Cemetery.
*The Wolf Creek Cemetery is a Non-Profit Organization chartered to manage and maintain the cemetery property.
In an effort to minimize the costs to associated to maintain and preserve the Wolf Creek Cemetery property, our committee has placed the following restrictions on the Wolf Creek Cemetery.
Wolf Creek Cemetery Maintenance and Improvement Care:
Benches are prohibited and will be removed from the cemetery grounds and will be disposed during cleanup activities.
Figurines/Statues are prohibited and will be removed from the cemetery and will be disposed during cleanup activities.
Decorations that are loose or laying on the ground will be removed from the cemetery and will be disposed during cleanup activities.
Glass Vases are prohibited and will be removed from the cemetery and will be disposed during cleanup activities.
Flowers are subject to trimming, pruning, and removal as necessary to perform routine maintenance and improvement care of the property.
Grasses are subject to trimming, pruning, and removal as necessary to perform routine maintenance and improvement care of the property.
Plants are subject to trimming, pruning, and removal as necessary to perform routine maintenance and improvement care of the property.
Cleanup Activities will occur on the first Sunday in May each year from 2-4:00 PM, the Decoration Day will be the 3rd Sunday in May each Year.
Crypts, Figurines, Monuments, Mausoleums, and Statues.
Wolf Creek Cemetery Rules and Regulations:
Permanent Monuments are required within 6 months of burial date.
Permanent Monuments are not to be placed without WCC Committee Approval, monuments placed without approval are subject to removal.
Mausoleum and Lawn Crypts (this does not include vaults) are not permitted on WCC property.
No additional structures are permitted to be built on WCC property with WCC Committee Approval.
