Privacy Policy for Wojas

This privacy policy applies to the Wojas app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Krishna Yadav (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is provided "AS IS".

1. Data Storage and Privacy

The Application is designed with complete privacy at its core. It does not require you to create an account, register, or log in. All user-generated data—including your streaks, daily protocols, habit completions, urge journal logs, analytical pattern data, and notes—is stored locally and securely on your device. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or transmit this highly personal data to any external servers or third-party databases.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases. All payment transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store via StoreKit. The Service Provider does not collect, process, or have access to your financial information, credit card details, or Apple ID credentials. Apple may collect anonymous purchase history data to manage your subscription. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle your payment data.

3. Location Information

This Application does not request, collect, or track precise real-time location information from your mobile device at any time.

4. Third-Party Access

Since the Application operates entirely locally and does not collect personal data, no user data is ever sold, rented, or shared with third parties. The only data processed externally is handled directly by Apple for the strict purposes of facilitating In-App Purchases, generating anonymized crash reports, or providing opt-in App Store analytics to improve app stability.

5. Your Opt-Out and Deletion Rights

Because your data is strictly stored locally on your device, you maintain absolute sovereignty over it. You can stop all processing of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. Uninstalling the Application will permanently and irreversibly delete your locally stored data, streaks, and logs. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your Apple device.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Because the Application does not collect personal data, no personally identifiable information from children is stored or transmitted by the Service Provider. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact the Service Provider at krishnayadav7787@gmail.com so that necessary actions can be taken.

7. Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding your privacy. Because the Application relies strictly on local on-device sandbox storage and Apple's secure App Store infrastructure for payments, the risk of your tracking history being accessed by unauthorized external individuals is eliminated by design.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for operational, technical, or legal reasons. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
