This permission allows the app to read and extract relevant information from specific emails to populate the "WODA-MANAGER-SHEET" in Google Sheets for easier management. After you place an order on supported Japanese websites like Mercari, Yahoo Auctions, or Yahoo Flea Market, you receive confirmation emails with order details. This tool extracts necessary data from these emails and inserts it into your Google Sheets. The app will only access your emails with your explicit permission and within the boundaries set by the selected scope.

Access to Your Google Drive:

This permission allows the app to manage Google Drive spreadsheets like "WODA-MANAGER-SHEET," including creating backups and release versions as needed.

2. Data Protection and Retention

Sensitive Data Protection:

Data such as email content and personal information is accessed only for managing data in Google Sheets and is protected by industry-standard security practices. All access is granted solely for this purpose.

Retention of Google User Data:

User data retrieved from Google is only retained temporarily for processing and is not stored on non-Google servers. Users may delete this data by uninstalling the app or contacting us at mthanh2602@gmail.com.

Deletion of Data:

When you stop using the app or uninstall the add-on, all data managed in Google Sheets by the app will be deleted. No data is retained outside Google Sheets, and no information is stored on external servers.

3. Privacy Policy

The app’s privacy practices include:

• Data Collection: Data is collected only with your explicit consent and limited to the minimum necessary for the add-on to function.

• Data Confidentiality: No human has access to or reads your data, including emails, unless explicitly requested.

• No External Storage: All data is retained within Google’s ecosystem (e.g., Google Sheets) and is not stored on external servers.

• No Third-Party Sharing: Your data is not shared or sold to third parties.

• Google Sign-In: Google Sign-In authenticates your identity, and any shared personal information (e.g., email address) is kept strictly confidential.

• Managing Personal Information: If you need to update or delete your personal information, you may do so by uninstalling the app.

4. API Scope & Minimum Scope Necessary

• Apps Script API (External Requests): This permission allows the app to retrieve data from external services when necessary, such as accessing specific emails.

• Apps Script API (Script Execution): This permission allows the app to run in the background, such as when automatically updating your Google Sheets.

• Apps Script API (Spreadsheets): This permission enables the app to view, edit, create, and manage spreadsheets, such as "WODA-MANAGER-SHEET" and its backup versions.

• Google Drive API (Gmail Read-Only): This permission enables the app to read specific email messages in read-only mode to extract order information for supported websites.
