Lodge Committees
Woa Cholena's committees are the structure of our lodge, without them, the whole program would not be in existence. If you're an Arrowmen interested in any one of these committees, please contact the email shown under the committee. Each committee has a Chair, Advisor, email, and description.
Brotherhood Committee

The Brotherhood Committee is an important and needed committee in our lodge. This committee serves as my nimats at all brotherhood events such as Fellowship, Fall Ordeal, and Pow Wow. As a Nimat, they need to have exceptional leadership and good communication skills. The committee also helps communicate with people, think of new and exciting ideas for brotherhood events, and make sure everyone has everything they need to know memorized at all Brotherhood events.

The Woa Cholena Communications Committee is one of the most important committees in our lodge, as it aims to effectively communicate events, changes, and anything else Woa Cholena has in store for it's Arrowmen. The Committee manages our website, social media posts, branding upkeep, emails, newsletter creation, and organizing Woa Cholena information. Directed by the Vice Chief of Communications, this committee is very fresh, offering a new opportunity to use your tech skills.
Elangomat Team
Chair: William Nehls
Advisor: Angel Bermudez
Contact: chairmen@woacholena.org
Elangomats are one of the key roles that play in the induction process of new Arrowmen. As part of the team, you will be a guide and a friend to the candidates. Your main role is to serve as the guide through the ordeal, experiencing it again like you did on your ordeal and like your elangomat did for you. Leadership is very important for this role. You will make sure the new Arrowmen feel welcomed into the lodge, and after ordeal, guide your candidates through the entire inductions process, ending at Brotherhood.
