Registration

The authors of accepted papers have received detailed registration instructions by email after the acceptance notification of their paper. If you are an author of an accepted paper and have not received this information, please contact the Organizing Committee at: rgaeta@unisa.it.

Please note that registration for WOA 2026 is mandatory for all participants, including all co-authors who wish to attend the workshop. Each attendee must complete the registration form individually. Although registration is free of charge, completing the registration procedure is required in order to participate in the conference. Registration must be completed no later than May 26, 2026. During the registration process, participants will also be asked to indicate whether they intend to attend the social dinner, which will take place on at Pizzeria Don Antonio, Via Molo Manfredi, 6, 84121 Salerno SA, on June 16, 2026 , and the mini-school, which will take place on June 17, 2026. 

Each accepted paper must have at least one registered presenter. Please also note that papers will be submitted for inclusion in the CEUR AIxIA Series of WOA 2026 only after they have been presented at the workshop. Papers that are not presented will not be included in the proceedings.

For organizational reasons and due to the limited number of available places, priority for registration will be given first to authors with a paper to present and then to participants according to the order of registration. We therefore strongly encourage authors to register as soon as possible.
