About Us

We are a Buffalo, New York based meditation group that aims to provide:

1) A safe place for people to meditate

2) Instruction on Meditation and Mindfulness Practice

3) A place for spiritual friends to gather and share wisdom, life experience, and Dharma (Universal Life Truths) with each other

Free Online Sitting

Mondays are a mix of guided and silent meditation meant to be accessible to beginners but also appropriate for those more experienced. Two rounds of sitting for 20 minutes with 7 minutes of walking, followed by discussion group.

Free Online Sitting

Thursdays are silent meditation followed by discourse or discussion group. Instructions will be available upon request. We will do 45 minutes of sitting followed by discussion. Since it is home based, you are welcome to walk at any point.
