About Us

We are a Buffalo, New York based meditation group that aims to provide:

1) A safe place for people to meditate

2) Instruction on Meditation and Mindfulness Practice

3) A place for spiritual friends to gather and share wisdom, life experience, and Dharma (Universal Life Truths) with each other

Mondays

7 PM - 8:30 PM at North Presbyterian Church

Donation Based Sitting


Mondays are a mix of guided and silent meditation meant to be accessible to beginners but also appropriate for those more experienced. Two rounds of sitting for 20 minutes with 7 minutes of walking, followed by discussion group.


Thursdays

7 PM - 8:30 PM at North Presbyterian Church

Donation Based Sitting


Thursdays are silent meditation followed by discourse or discussion group. Instructions will be available upon request. Generally there will be two rounds of sitting for 25 minutes and 5 minutes of walking, on occasion by request we will do 50 minutes of sitting with 5 minutes of walking.
