Overview

The School of Advertising (ADV) and The School of Web Design and New Media (WNM) students meet with industry professionals for portfolio review and networking opportunities. Participants are selected by application and jury selection only. Please apply using the form below.

Any ADV or WNM student, including graduating seniors, who wishes to participate must complete the application form below by Friday December 1st 2019 at 11:59 p.m. (PT) to be considered.

• Due to a limited number of spots being available, late applications will not be accepted.
• Completing this form does not guarantee participation. Seats are limited. All selected students will be notified by emailed once adjudication has completed. Selected students will be required to confirm attendance.

• Portfolio Review Application is Open -- November 18th 2019
• Portfolio Review Applications Due -- December 1st 2019 @ 11:59 p.m. (PT)
• List of Portfolio Review Students Announced -- Early December
• Portfolio Review Prep Meeting -- TBD
• All Portfolio Sites Ready to Go -- December 10th 2019
• Ideate Portfolio Review -- Friday December 13th 2019 (student check-in @ 8:30 a.m.)

* NOTE: Your portfolio can be “in-progress,” when you apply. All we need is the actual working URL for your website. The online portfolio site must be ready and viewable by May 14th or you may be disqualified.

If you are a 100% Online Student and are unable to attend the Ideate Portfolio Review in person, you may apply to have your portfolio link shared on the Online Students Portfolio List. Please complete the same application form linked above. Again, preference will be given to graduating seniors and those with the strongest portfolio work.
