Monthly Board meetings are held by Zoom on the second Monday of the month at 6 p.m. and usually last about 1-1.5 hours. Any homeowner is welcome to attend. If you have a special concern or topic you'd like brought forward, please contact our Secretary in advance so that it can be placed on the Agenda. (Board member contact info)

Thanks to all who attended our Annual Homeowners Meeting on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the J.P. Jones Community Center at 2400 Rickert St. See you again next year (October 4, 2026)! 

At the 2025 annual meeting, homeowners voted to raise the monthly dues by $20 per month, beginning in January 2026. The increase is to prepare for rising costs for replacement of major items such as roofs.

• Inspection of circulating pumps

• Party wall maintenance: Phase I of painting concrete blocks on buildings

• Dog waste stations

• Gutter repairs/replacement where needed 

• July: Inspection and repairs by AA Roofing

• Snow guards added to roofs, 2022

• Re-paving of driveways

• Removal of dead trees
