Monthly Board meetings are held by Zoom on the second Monday of the month at 6 p.m. and usually last about 1-1.5 hours. Any homeowner is welcome to attend. At the 2025 annual meeting, homeowners voted to raise the monthly dues by $20 per month, beginning in January 2026. The increase is to prepare for rising costs for replacement of major items such as roofs.
