I deal with the philosophy and methodology of cognitive science. I am the founder of the Avant Project which works for the interdisciplinary development of science and philosophy. Recently, I was a member of the team carrying out the project "Presenting science is an art" (The Social Responsibility of Science program). My present research interests include distributed cognition, cultural ecosystems, and explanation in cognitive science.  Find out more
