We have been offering vacation rentals for over 11 years with a strong record of guest satisfaction.
Important Booking Information
Important Booking Information
Our rentals are investment properties through Wyndham Resorts and are booked using a points-based reservation system. Because points are immediately applied at the time of booking, full payment is required when your reservation is made.
All reservations are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once points are used, they cannot be recovered. For this reason, reservations cannot be held, modified, transferred, or placed in another name.

Guests may request preferred dates; however, many resorts require a minimum stay of two or three nights.
Once your dates are confirmed, a rental agreement outlining all details will be sent to you for review and signature.
