This Privacy Policy applies to the WMSmarket mobile application, operated by WMSmarket Ltd (Bangladesh).
By using the WMSmarket mobile application, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the application.

When you create an account in the WMSmarket app, we may collect:

User role(s), such as customer, job seeker, employer, seller, service provider, or beneficiary
One account may have more than one role.

Skills
Portfolio links

Bank account information required for payouts
Documents that you voluntarily upload

WMSmarket only accesses device features when required for an action that you actively initiate.

We do not collect your location, contacts, call logs, or SMS messages.
We do not access these permissions in the background.
We use your information to operate and provide the features of WMSmarket, including:

Connecting customers with service providers

Processing and fulfilling orders
Managing service requests
Processing seller and service-provider payouts
Online payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway, SSLCommerz.
WMSmarket does not directly store your card or mobile-banking credentials. Payment information is handled by the payment gateway according to its applicable security practices.
Cash-on-delivery orders may be recorded against your account.
We may send service-related communications such as:
Account verification
Order updates
Job application updates
Quote responses
Service-request updates
Important account notifications
Where applicable, you may also receive notifications about relevant listings or platform updates.

Some information may be visible to other WMSmarket users when necessary for marketplace functionality.

We do not currently integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs into the WMSmarket mobile application.
Communication between the WMSmarket mobile application and our servers is protected using HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Authentication tokens used by the mobile application are stored using the device's secure storage mechanisms rather than plain application preferences.
Access to personal information within our organization is restricted based on job responsibilities and is provided only to personnel who require access to perform their duties.
If a security incident results in a breach of personal information, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, mitigate the incident, and notify affected users or relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
You may request information about the personal data we hold about you.
You may update or correct most of your account and profile information through the WMSmarket application where those features are available.

For verification, the request should be sent from your registered email address or otherwise include sufficient information for us to verify the account owner.
We will process valid deletion requests within 30 days, except where certain information must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Information retained for these purposes will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.
You may opt out of non-essential notifications through the notification settings available in the application, where supported.
The WMSmarket mobile application does not use browser cookies for authentication.
Authentication tokens are stored using secure device storage to help keep you signed in between sessions.
We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tracking SDKs in the WMSmarket mobile application.
Our servers may maintain standard technical access logs for security, troubleshooting, and abuse-prevention purposes.
WMSmarket is a jobs, e-commerce, and services marketplace intended for users 18 years of age and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
