WMPF expects everyone who participates in or interacts with the organization to behave civilly, respectfully, and safely. This applies to employees, volunteers, callers, members, social media users, visitors, and the general public.This includes harassment, theft or misuse of station equipment. Unacceptable on-air or online conduct include using slurs, epithets, or derogatory jokes, personal threats and use of indecent language. Also unacceptable is any promotion of commercial event or business.
Disciplinary action may include suspension of access and privileges for varied lengths of time or permanent suspension when necessary. Management will determine when to take disciplinary action and management’s decision is final
