Imposter Syndrome
Imposter Syndrome
Imposter syndrome is a feeling that arises when one doubts their own abilities and believes they don't deserve to be where they are. This can happen to anyone, but is most prevalent in women and minorities in STEM. The first step is recognizing that these feelings aren't a reflection of you or your ability--it's a product of a system that has been closed off to you for centuries.
