The objectives of the programme are to open more opportunity to the needy students and students with disabilities to receive financial assistance from the University, to train the students to work on campus (besides the Student Assistantship Programme) and to assist K/C/D/I/O/M that needs part time students with their work projects for a short term period. The rate of payment is RM6.00 per hour for a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Undergraduate:
Registered subjects during the time of appointment (active status)
Needy student (registered as a B40 student with STADD)
First year second semester onwards
Latest CGPA should be 2.5 and above
Student with disability is also encouraged to work under this scheme
Postgraduate:
Registered (subject/proposal /research) during the time of appointment and working.
Needy student (registered as a B40 student with STADD).
First year and second semester onwards.
Latest CGPA not less than 3.0 for coursework and mixed-mode. If doing proposal/research latest result must be “In Progress” or “Pass”. Student with disability is also encouraged to work under this scheme.
RM 6.00 per hour and maximum 20 hours per week or 80 hours per month taken from Student Khairat Trust Fund, Student Affairs and Development Division (STADD)
