Walthall Mill Civic Association

The purpose of this site is to provide information about the membership, history, restrictive covenants, neighborhood watch of our Walthall Mill neighborhood which includes Walthall Park and Walthall Hills. This is not a Home Owners Association. The Dues are $35 per year. The dues cover the common area maintenance which are the front entrance lot for the sign and 5.645 acres of recreation area (pavilion) on Walthall Drive. All documents will be stored on this site for all homeowners to view.  This site has a facebook link for any member in hopes to provide a forum to communicate between neighborhoods.

Membership participation providing income for 2020 is 19.78% or 36 members out of 180. (see membership page)
