MISSION

 The Mission of the WLN Ladies Vollyball Boosters Club is to support the coaching staff of the Walled Lake Northern Ladies Volleyball program by helping provide the environment necessary for the development of teamwork, sportsmanship, athletic development and community involvement. 

Each parent or guardian of a daughter participating in the Ladies Volleyball program shall be considered a member of the booster club for the participating membership year and shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of membership. 

OBJECTIVES:

1. To encourage our players to strive for sportsmanship and team dedication through cooperative efforts and motivation to achieve individual potential for greater self-esteem by demonstrating a positive interest in their endeavors with courage discipline and confidence.

2. To promote and encourage the players to achieve a deeper personal enjoyment, self-satisfaction, personal pride along with self-growth that comes from knowing and working together as a team.

3. To support the teams by providing them with services wherever and whenever as chaperones, ushers, concessions, etc. for their activities.

4. To promote interest in the Walled Lake Northern Ladies Volleyball program both in the school and throughout the community.

5. To organize fund raising drives within the means of the organization in order to render additional financial assistance to the Walled Lake Northern Ladies Volleyball program.

6. To promote the development of individual skills and enhance the player’s opportunity to play at the next level through summer camps, clinics, etc.

7. To recognize and promote reduction in parental monetary outlays.

8. To communicate and cooperate with the coaching staff so that this program can be maintained at the highest level of competitiveness.

9. To provide an end of season banquet to honor our volleyball players and coaching staff.

10. Encourage participation in activities that benefit our community through neighbor to neighbor events.
