This plan aims to offer professional development strategies for the MacEwan community to transition to the next generation of digital learning environment. The strategies are informed by competency-based learning, the TPACK framework, microcredentialing, microlearning, professional learning communities, and data gathered from COVID-19 and Fall 2020 surveys, as well as resources from other post-secondary institutions.
