Which consulate or embassy is responsible for the processing of your visa application?
- If you are planning to visit only one Schengen country, you must submit your application at the foreign mission of that member State.
- If you are planning to visit two Schengen countries, you must submit your application at the foreign mission of the country where you will be staying longer (please count the nights you will be staying in each country).
- If you are planning to visit several Schengen countries for the same time period, you must apply for a visa at the foreign mission of the country of your first point of entry.

From the airport (by local railroad station)
- S8 or S9 towards Hanau or Offenbach Ost, to "Konstablerwache".
- Change to U5 (underground) - main railroad station.
From the main railroad station
- Lower level U5 (underground) towards Preungesheim to "Deutsche Nationalbibliothek" station.
- The station stop is immediately below the DNB.
Parking (when by car)
The DNB has its own underground car park containing 100 spaces on the first underground level for library visitors (Monday - Friday 06:00 - 22:00).
The parking fee is EUR 1.50 per hour.
