The 2025 Elevation Program, presented by the UPS Women’s Leadership Development Business Impact Committee in partnership with the Greater Women’s Business Council, provides empowering business insights that will broaden your perspectives and provide exposure to strong, strategic and practice fundamentals.

This 5-module curriculum (1.5 hour, live and recorded sessions) will be led by experienced UPS leaders. Certified small business owners are invited to access these modules between August and October 2025.

Active participation in at least 3 modules unlocks the chance to apply and win one of several $1,000 grants. Applications will be evaluated based on funds usage, business trajectory, innovation, and program participation.

The program culminates with an in-person event at UPS Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. In addition to awarding the business grants, the reception event also features a panel of inspiring business leaders, program certification, and more.
