By creating an account or using wkly, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use wkly. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.

4. User-Generated Content

wkly allows users to post and share content, including photos, profile images, and written posts.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share.

You agree that you will not post content that:

• Promotes violence or illegal activity

wkly has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

5. Reporting & Moderation

Users may report content or accounts directly within the app.

wkly reviews reports and will remove violating content and/or suspend or permanently ban offending users within 24 hours of receiving a report.

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts at our discretion to maintain a safe community.

6. Content Removal & Account Termination

wkly may:

• Remove content that violates these Terms
  
  

• Suspend accounts
  
  

• Permanently ban users who engage in abusive or objectionable behavior
  
  

Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content on wkly, you grant wkly a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.

8. Disclaimer

wkly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wkly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
