Wizer Software built the Newton Graphing Calculator & Symbolic Math app (the App hereafter) that understands natural math expression as in hand writing. This App is provided by Wizer Software as a free and paid version and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the App.

BY USING THE APP, YOU PROMISE US THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. If you do not agree, or are unable to make this promise, you must not use the App and uninstall it from your devices.

Generally, we do not collect any PII (Personal Identifiable Information) from you when you download or use the App. Also, while using the App, it does not use or interact with any third party services at all.

The App requires below permission when running in your device:

• Write to temporary storage to share math result (2D graph, 3D graph or symbolic answer) as image.

The App does not use any cookies.

4. Service Providers

The App does not intergrate with any third party service.

5. Security

The App does not transfer any PII to the server. Any communication is using TLS 1.2

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not collect PII from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions. We prohibit users from creating, uploading, or distributing content that facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children, including all child sexual abuse materials. We prohibit other content that is harmful or inappropriate for other users.
