RULES

• Paper should be in any standard journal format, preferably IEEE format.
• Papers should be submitted on or before 28th of August 2017 through email. Name of the author and contact details should be mentioned in the email
• Selected teams will be notified through email on or before 29th of August. Selected teams should present their ideas on 30th of August.
• Strictly no plagiarism
• 5-7 minutes of presentation followed by Q&A session.
• Participants whose papers are shortlisted will be informed personally through mail.

RULES :

• Only team entries are eligible.
• A team shall consist maximum of 3 participants. The decision of the quiz-master will be final and will not be subjected to any change.
• The participants shall not be allowed to use mobile or other electronic devices.
• Audience shall not give any hints or clues to the competitors.
• Replacement of any participant of a team is not allowed after registration

INVENTION EXPO

You think you are an neoteric. So you have landed in the right place of invention.Here comes the chance to showcase your innovation.

RULES :

• ​Maximum 3 Members per team.Participants from different colleges or departments can form a team.
• The project can be related to Core of ECE or any branch of engineering.
• Projects can be hardware kit and simulations.
• Participants should mail their abstracts preferably in '.pdf' format. Subject of the mail must contain Team leader name and the title of the project.
• The first sheet should only contain title of the project, name of the team leader, names of the team members, departments and their respective institutes.
• The display includes the chart explaining briefly the project and hardware kit.
• For screening purpose, participants should mail their abstracts to wizelcktra2k17@gmail.com on or before 28 August 2017.
• Short listed teams who qualify in the screening round based on judging of the abstracts will be informed by mail.
• The organizers reserve all rights to change any or all of the above rules as they deem fit. All changes will be highlighted on the website and registered participants shall be informed by email.
• The decision of the judges and the organizers will be final and binding.
