Given that we only have a limited amount of camp spots, knowing how many campers we're going to have going into a week of camp is paramount. If we are made aware of the need to cancel a paid camp reservation by the Monday prior to the week of camp we will refund 100%. After Wednesday of the week prior to camp we will refund 50%. After Friday of the week prior to camp there will not be any refunds issued. At this point of the week all supplies are purchased, staff is scheduled, and the opportunity to offer the spot to another camper has passed.
