As a supervisor there is a lot more responsibility. I had the opportunity to do a makeover on the daycare along with a lot of new changes. As a supervisor I had the opportunity to interview people and manage my employees and keep a positive and uplifting atmosphere for kids, parents and staff. It has been amazing.
As you can see in one picture I made a poster that says Be Engaged that is our motto in the daycare to be engaged with the kids and parents lives so we can help them.
