 Collecting and Using Your Personnel Data

This Privacy Policy applies to the OHE Records mobile application ("App") created by Agasty Enterprises ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Personal Information

• Email Addresses: We collect your email address when you sign up or log in to the App to create your account, manage your Organization Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and associate your uploaded OHE measurements with your user profile.

B. Device and Usage Data (Automatically Collected)

• Camera Access: The App requires access to your device's camera strictly for the purpose of visually capturing and measuring OHE (Overhead Equipment) mast deflection and related physical dimensions. Images processed for measurements are handled locally on your device unless explicitly saved by you.

• Advertising ID: The App uses your device's Advertising ID to serve advertisements.

• Usage Data & Analytics: We may collect diagnostic and usage data (such as crash reports and feature usage) to improve the performance and stability of the App.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services have their own privacy policies:

• Supabase: We use Supabase as our cloud database provider to securely store your authentication credentials, organization roles, and uploaded OHE measurement records.

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob uses the Advertising ID and cookies to serve ads based on your prior usage and interests. (Google's Privacy Policy)

• Firebase Cloud Messaging: We use Firebase to send important push notifications regarding the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the core functionality of the App (e.g., storing and retrieving OHE measurements).

• To manage your account and organization access.

• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

• To display relevant advertisements via Google AdMob.

• To monitor app performance and fix technical issues.

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information. We use commercially acceptable means (such as secure cloud databases and encrypted API connections) to protect it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
