• Unique user ID generated through Firebase Authentication

• Habit names, descriptions, schedules, completion records, and streaks
• Goals, milestones, journal entries, and reflections
• Gamification data including XP points, achievements, and level progression
• AI coaching interactions, including prompts you submit and responses generated via Google Gemini AI
C. Device and Technical Information
• Device type, operating system version, and app version
• Crash reports and diagnostics through Firebase Crashlytics
• Anonymized usage analytics events via Firebase Analytics
Device Fingerprint: To prevent abuse of our free trial system, we collect and store a cryptographic hash of your device's unique identifier (Android ID). We securely hash this identifier on your device before sending it to our servers, meaning we do not store your raw device ID. This hashed ID is used strictly for determining eligibility for free trials and is not used for advertising or tracking purposes.
D. Payment and Subscription Information
• Subscription status and purchase history managed through Google Play Billing
• We do not collect or store payment card details
E. Local Data
• Notification preferences stored locally on your device
• Offline data stored on-device and synced when internet connectivity is available

• Cloud data is stored within Google Firebase’s encrypted infrastructure

Local Storage and Offline Data
Ultimate Habit Tracker uses an offline-first architecture. Your data is stored locally on your device and synchronized to Firebase cloud services when connected to the internet.
Notification preferences are stored locally on your device.
Children's Privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
Your Rights and Choices

• Delete your account permanently from the app’s Settings
Upon account deletion, associated cloud data will be permanently erased within 30 days.
Subscription management and cancellations must be handled through Google Play.

We retain your data as long as your account remains active. After account deletion, data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
International Data Transfers
Data may be processed and stored internationally through Google Firebase’s global infrastructure. By using the app, you consent to such transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
