Wisp Cleaner is operated by Pushads Media Pte Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use our photo, video, calendar, and contact cleanup tools, network speed testing, and advertising features. No registration or login is required.
1. Cleanup Features and Permissions
With your permission, Wisp Cleaner accesses photos, videos, contacts, and calendar entries to help you review and remove unwanted items. Relevant information includes media previews and file details, contact fields, and calendar event details.
Cleanup content is processed on your device. We do not upload it to our servers or provide it to advertisers. You choose which items to remove. Changes may synchronize through iCloud or other accounts according to your device settings.
You can change or revoke access in iOS Settings. Features requiring that permission may then become unavailable or limited.
2. Advertising
Wisp Cleaner displays third-party advertisements. Depending on the advertising service and your privacy choices, advertising partners may process IP addresses, device information, advertising identifiers, and ad interactions to deliver and measure advertisements and prevent fraud.
Where tracking or access to Apple’s advertising identifier is involved, we request permission through App Tracking Transparency before that processing begins. Declining tracking does not prevent you from using the app, although advertisements may still appear. Watching an advertisement does not itself authorize tracking.
3. Network Speed Tests
Network tests exchange test traffic with servers to measure connection performance. These servers receive your IP address and connection information, and tests generate results such as speed and latency. Test traffic does not contain your photos, contacts, or calendar entries. Tests consume data and may incur charges under your network plan.
4. Support and Information Sharing
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you provide. We use them to respond and resolve your request.
Technical information is shared with service providers for the purposes described above. We require providers acting on our behalf to protect information consistently with this policy. Advertising partners also explain their practices in their own privacy policies. Information may additionally be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and our services.
5. Retention, Security, and Your Rights
We retain information only as needed to provide the relevant service, resolve support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Third-party retention follows the applicable provider’s practices.
Deleting the app generally removes its local app data. It does not reverse cleanup actions or automatically delete records already held by service providers.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, or exercise applicable advertising opt-out rights by contacting us. Tracking permission can also be changed in iOS Settings.
6. Children and Policy Updates
Wisp Cleaner is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy as our services change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
