Wise H Tech built the Wish WordPad app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Wise H Tech at no cost and is intended for use as is.

For a better experience, and to enable features like cloud backup and sync, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The types of information we collect include:

• Personal Information: When you sign in using Google, we collect your Name and Email Address.

• User Content: We collect and store the content you create within the app, which includes the text of your notes, any images you add, and text formatting data. This content is stored securely in the cloud to enable the backup and sync feature.

• Transactional Information: If you make an in-app purchase, we collect information necessary to process your transaction, such as your name and billing address. All payment processing is handled by Google Play, and we do not store financial details like credit card numbers.

• Log Data: In case of an error, we collect Log Data which may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, and other statistics to help us diagnose and fix issues.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain our Service.

• To enable the "Sync & Backup" feature, allowing you to access your notes across multiple devices.

• To personalize your experience by displaying your name and profile information within the app.

• To process in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• To analyze usage and improve the app's functionality and user experience.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your Personal Information and User Content as long as your account is active. You have the right to delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, we will permanently delete all of your associated data from our servers, including your user profile and all the notes you have created. This action is irreversible.

You can delete your account through two methods:

1. In-App Deletion: Navigate to the settings or profile section within the Wish WordPad app and use the "Delete Account" option.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information. Your data, including your notes, is stored on Google's secure Firebase platform. We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. This policy is effective as of September 9, 2025.
