All such content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Your wishlists, birthdays, and notes remain on your device.

If you use system services (e.g., iCloud backup or sharing), those are controlled by your device’s operating system.
The app includes an optional AI-powered gift suggestion feature.
To generate suggestions, the app may process the text you provide (e.g., age, interests, budget).
This data is not stored or reused after suggestions are delivered.
Results are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
All rights to the WishNest name, logo, and app design belong to BASSEM BEN AMOR.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify the app without permission.
WishNest is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any losses or issues arising from your use of the app, including missed reminders, incorrect data, or reliance on AI suggestions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, they will be displayed inside the app. By continuing to use WishNest after updates, you accept the new Terms.
